We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join out team in Lemont, IL!
This role will be focused on estimating projects from Ground up, Commercial, Civic, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, Government, and multi-family.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand Project Drawings, Details, and Specifications
- Ability to manage & complete bid processes, seeing the proposal process from start to finish
- Perform quantity take-offs on our Take -Off Program (eTakeoff)
- Input take-offs into our estimating program and manage pricing as directed to create bids
- Manage subcontractor quotes and contracts
- Working with General Contractor's and performing scope reviews
- Communication with General Contractors for RFI’s, Schedules, and winning project
- logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems
- Must have a strong & motivated work ethic
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe and plan viewing applications
- Bluebeam)
- Inputting new/updated unit pricing into our estimating system
- Ability to update and clean up eTakeoff and Estimating programs
Qualifications
· 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating
· Experience working in landscape construction is a plus
· Must be decisive and work well under pressure
· Strong ability to concurrently manage multiple construction projects across various markets
· General understanding of civil, architectural, and other construction drawings is required
· Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling,and estimating is required. Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project
· Strong negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $104,760.33 per year
