Position Title: LVN/LPN-Med Surg/Rehab

Duration: 13 weeks
Shifts: Days: 7a-7p, 36 hrs. /week
No. of positions: 1
Must Have: Active BLS (AHA) and Nursing License
Responsibilities:
Perform basic patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility.
Conduct routine patient assessments, observing and documenting patients' physical and emotional condition.
Provide instructions on how to manage symptoms and prevent complications after discharge.
Work closely with RNs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
