Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from client development and acquisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and successful hiring experience for all parties involved. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss job requirements, company culture, and recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and guidance on hiring trends.
  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client’s organization.
  1. Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  1. Placement and Follow-Up:
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide feedback to both clients and candidates post-interview and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Follow up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration into the client’s organization.
  1. Market Research and Networking:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full desk recruiting, preferably in a direct hire capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for specific industries such as IT, Accounting/Finance, Engineering and/or other industry domains.
  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position with a standard workweek.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
