Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, shipping, and delivery

Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales
- Strong ability to make outbound calls and engage customers in a persuasive manner
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage customer interactions
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
