Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Duties:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and enhance productivity
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
- Support the development and implementation of quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
