**Job Title:** Part-Time Fitness Membership Representative

**Job Summary:

**We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Fitness Membership Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all potential and current members. You will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in joining our fitness community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales & Membership Growth:** - Proactively engage with potential members, providing information about membership options, pricing, and facility amenities. - Conduct tours of the facility to showcase equipment, classes, and other services. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into memberships. - Follow up with prospective members through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.

- **Customer Service:** - Greet all members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. - Handle membership inquiries and resolve any issues related to billing, cancellations, or upgrades. - Maintain accurate records of member interactions, sales, and inquiries in the membership database. - Assist members with account management, including updating personal information and processing membership changes.

- **Administrative Duties:** - Complete all necessary paperwork for new memberships, renewals, and cancellations. - Keep the front desk area organized and maintain an inventory of promotional materials. - Assist in organizing and promoting special events, promotions, or campaigns to attract new members. - Provide support for day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls and managing member check-ins.

- **Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with other team members, including fitness trainers and managers, to provide a seamless experience for members. - Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and member satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate potential members.- High level of professionalism and a customer-first attitude.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.- Basic computer skills and experience with membership management software is a plus.- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.

**Physical Requirements:**- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
