Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform various janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Keep track of cleaning supplies inventory and report when supplies need replenishment
- Execute minor maintenance tasks as required
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure environment
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Proficiency in proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of floor care practices including buffing and waxing is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills for interaction with colleagues and visitors
