Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Membership Director to join our team. The Membership Director will be responsible for driving membership growth, retention, and engagement through strategic initiatives and relationship building.

Duties:

- Develop and implement membership growth strategies to increase overall membership numbers
- Cultivate relationships with existing members to enhance retention rates
- Identify market opportunities for membership expansion and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Analyze membership data to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive membership sales and achieve revenue targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage member interactions and track progress
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote membership benefits and attract new members

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales processes
- Ability to analyze market trends and tailor strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
