**Job Description:**

As a Sales Counselor at Esporta Gym, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership sales and promoting our services to potential members. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective members, understand their fitness needs and goals, and effectively communicate the value of Esporta Gym memberships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Member Engagement:** Proactively engage with potential members both in-person and over the phone to understand their fitness aspirations and preferences.

2. **Membership Sales:** Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend suitable membership options based on individual needs and budget.

3. **Lead Generation:** Generate leads through outreach activities, referrals, and networking events to expand the membership base.

4. **Tour Management:** Conduct facility tours for prospective members, showcasing our amenities, equipment, and services to highlight the Esporta Gym experience.

5. **Follow-up:** Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, address concerns, and guide them through the membership enrollment process.

6. **Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently converting leads into memberships through effective sales strategies.

7. **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, equipment, and services offered by Esporta Gym to provide accurate information to prospective members.

8. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for both current and prospective members.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Passion for health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
