Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Lab Assistant for its' St. Charles Internal Medicine office located in St. Charles, MO!

This position will also cover the Esse Health Hazelwood Florissant Internal Medicine office one to two days a week. 

In this role, the Lab Assistant performs phlebotomy, processes a variety of routine tests and patient lab specimens, according to established laboratory policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications: Formal training which will probably be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program, PC/Windows proficiency, willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction, ability to communicate effectively and to work compatibly with physicians, coworkers, and employees in other departments.
