Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Bid Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality bids and proposals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids.
- Lead the bid process from inception to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple bids simultaneously.
- Utilize software tools such as Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track bid progress.
- Engage in strategic planning to enhance bid success rates.

Experience:
- Proven experience in bid management, business development, and sales.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with software tools used in bid management processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
