Coffee Roasting and Production Assistant (Hadley)

Responsibilities:

Daily local deliveries
Assist with coffee roasting
Receive sales orders
Process pack and ship orders
Product labeling and presentation
General warehouse duties
Roaster maintenance
Minor equipment repair
Shipping and receiving
Inventory control

Requirements:

Passion for coffee

Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 75 pounds or more regularly
Attention to detail
Strong organization and communication skills

Preferred Experience (but not necessary):
Coffee roasting
Barista
Food handling
Customer service
Proficiency with excel, word, UPS world ship, general computer skills
Machine maintenance

Part time to full time hours available.
