Job DescriptionOne of "Frederick's Best Places to Work" award winners is looking for a Business Development Representative!Essential Systems Solutions, a leader in Point-of-Sale solutions, is expanding and we want to increase our success by growing our team. We are looking for highly motivated Sales people who want to become an integral part of our team and take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
  • Make phone calls to prospects, referrals and existing customers to evaluate, review and recommend products and services
  • Schedule meetings for our sales team
  • Interact with our sales team to follow up on leads given
  • Learn and maintain our customer (CRM) database
  • Mine sales leads from social media, restaurant magazines, lead generation emails, permits, etc.
  • Provide regular activity reports to Leadership Team
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
  • Attend networking events and trade shows
  • Attend meetings as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is beneficial but not required
  • Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity, and dedication to personal improvement
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, email and internet
  • Bilingual a plus
