** This role is not a remote position, this role is located at our corporate Fort Worth, TX office. **
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for helping our current HR Specialist managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
**Assisting HR in the following:**
- Recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Keep up to date with HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans if needed.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help employee with benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Create weekly schedules for all offices
- Track employee absenteeism's and PTO
- Data Entry
**Qualifications:**- 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
