Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Instructional Aide to support educators in providing a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing educational and behavioral strategies to help students succeed.

Duties:

- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Assist in classroom management and behavior reinforcement
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism
- Help students with literacy and math education

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 60 College Credits or Pass Parapro Assessment (score 456 or higher)
• Preferred: New Jersey certification as school substitute teacher
• Preferred: Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) certification
• Must pass CHRU background check
• Recent TB screening
