Essex Westford School District (EWSD) has an opportunity for a Minivan Driver/ Bus Aide to join the team EWSD Transportation team. This position transports students and steps in as bus aides when needed.

Candidates with the following additional qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• A valid VT driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• One to two years of relevant driving experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and deal courteously and efficiently with students, staff, and supervisors.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and adolescents with special needs, and a desire to work with this population.
• First aid and CPR training and additional relevant health service training or experience desired but not required.
