We seek an experienced OCM (Organizational Change Management) Workday Specialist for a long-term hybrid assignment with our San Antonio client. This role is hybrid, so you must be located within 2 hours of San Antonio. As an OCM Workday Specialist, you will support our client's Workday implementation and drive organizational change. The pay rate depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives related to Workday implementation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to ensure a smooth transition to the new Workday system.
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver effective training programs and materials to enable end-users to adopt and utilize Workday functionalities successfully.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to Workday adoption.
• Coordinate and lead communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed about the project's progress, changes, and upcoming milestones.
• Monitor and measure the success of change management initiatives through regular reporting and feedback collection.

Requirements:

• Must currently live within 2 hours of San Antonio.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Proven experience as an OCM Specialist, preferably with Workday implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training programs and materials.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• The assignment requires willingness to work in our San Antonio client's office.
