We are currently recruiting Sr. Project Managers for a project starting in July/August.

The positions will be long-term, and we are looking for local candidates in the Sacramento, CA, area.

We seek a Sr. Project Manager with experience managing Salesforce projects and a strong background working in Public Sector environments for a long-term contract assignment with our Sacramento, California-based client. This is a hybrid role but requires significant on-site (as many as 4 days/week) work, so you must be able to commute to Sacramento regularly.

Requirements:

• Seven (7) years (10 years preferred) of broad and extensive project management (PM) experience successfully managing information technology (IT) programs and projects in a Public Sector environment.
• Seven (7) years (10 years preferred) of team building, knowledge transfer, and mentoring experience.
• Seven (7) years of experience (10 years preferred) leading and facilitating team meetings.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the following (8 years preferred):
1. Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
2. Risk and issue management
3. Stakeholder management
4. Scope and change management
5. Business process review and gap analysis
6. Consulting experience for a project worth at least $15M ($25M preferred)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience (2 years preferred) in planning or managing Salesforce implementations.

Preferred:

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience with State or Federal animal health and food safety programs.
