International Logistics Coordinator- primary responsibility is Filing export reports
Export filing working at a corporate desk. Freight, Logistics, at corporate desk
Will be receiving tickets from business and filing exports with AES with Census Bureau in a compliant way.
Position Description :
- Develops, implements and enforces guidelines, solutions and plans in order to optimize processes in the area of responsibility.
- Issues Electronic Export Information (EEI) AES Filing and ensures accurate and consistent distribution of relevant information throughout the internal organization.
- Collaborates with the team and management regarding export documentation and / or procedure issues.
- Monitors and ensures corrective actions derived from external and internal reviews and audits.
- Carries out trainings and reviews to guarantee adherence to EEI AES filing regulations.
- Enables consulting for other organizational units as well as Best Practice Sharing.
