We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Bike and E-Scooter Repair Technician to join our team. As an E-Bike and E-Scooter Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric bicycles (e-bikes) and electric scooters (e-scooters). Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the efficient and safe operation of these vehicles, keeping our customers satisfied and our fleet in top condition.

Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot electric bike and electric scooter issues, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries, motors, controllers, brakes, tires, and other related parts.
3. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and perform preventative maintenance.
4. Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure repairs and maintenance are performed accurately and safely.
5. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs and adjustments effectively.
6. Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on proper vehicle operation and maintenance.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in e-bike and e-scooter repair.
9. Collaborate with other team members to improve repair processes, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, colleagues, and customers from accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as an E-Bike and E-Scooter Repair Technician or in a similar role.
3. Strong technical knowledge of e-bike and e-scooter mechanics, electrical systems, and components.
4. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various issues related to e-bikes and e-scooters.
5. Familiarity with specialized tools and equipment used in e-bike and e-scooter repair.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
9. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
10. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for repair service calls).
