The Estates at Shavano Park, a state of the art skilled nursing facility, is interviewing for an Admissions Director.

A successful work history and general healthcare experience are required while SNF and sales experience are preferred. The job is, essentially, to get the building to goal census and keep it there.

Starting salary is largely based on a candidate's educational status, applicable experience, current licensing/credentials, and the content of a candidate's interview(s) with person(s) representing Paramount Healthcare. The Admissions Director will assist in and perform duties as requested by the facility Administrator and Corporate/Regional Leadership.
