As the accounting specialist you will be responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department. You will do this by maintaining accounting document files and completing daily work with a primary function of accounts receivable; other secondary functions may be accounts payable, or job costing. Attention to detail, time management, problem solving and a team focused attitude will be essential to your success.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with one to two years related experience and/or training as an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
• Construction accounting experience is desired but not required
