Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, along with proficiency in various accounting software. This is a temporary position.

Duties:

- Perform general bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and maintain financial documentation
- Utilize financial software such as Sage for bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

-2 years Bookkeeping experience

-Experience with Quickbooks

-HOA bookkeeping preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial report writing
