Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 law firm in Century City, specializing in Real Estate, is seeking a Conflicts JD to join its distinguished team. This prestigious firm, recognized by U.S. News & World Report and home to over 25 attorneys named as Super Lawyers, offers a unique opportunity for a non-practicing attorney to work closely with the Firm’s General Counsel and other key stakeholders in identifying, evaluating, and resolving ethical and business conflict issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on relevant parties to identify or rule out potential conflicts of interest
• Review and analyze conflict reports, providing concise evaluations of potential conflict issues
• Research, analyze, and draft conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memoranda
• Determine terms of engagement, negotiate engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, and conflict waiver terms

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate required
• A minimum of two to three years of conflicts experience
