Job Title: Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Location: Billings, Montana, 59101

Local Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour

(Local and Travel Candidates both can apply )

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Billings, Montana. This role requires an individual who can perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate health status through the ongoing collection and assessment of health data.
• Perform health teaching and health counseling.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
• Execute delegated medical functions.
• Refer patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment.
• Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
• Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Use resources as needed.
• Promote mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abide by service behavior standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
• May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
• BLS, ACLS/CPR, NIHSS certifications are required.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• ASN/ADN degree holders must complete a BSN degree within four years from the date of hire unless they have a minimum of fifteen years of proven continuous Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting.

Schedule:

Variable working different shifts days and nights.

36 hours per week, 12 hours per day.

Night Shift.

Note: We are accepting both local and travel candidates. The rule for travel candidates is that they must be 50 miles from the candidate’s taxable zip code.
