Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Description/Daily Tasks (REQUIRED):

• Acct. receivable/payable
• Prepare monthly billings- 25% of position
• 35% of position: Order research animals as requested weekly.
• Record orders in Vivarium mgt software.
• Prepare and distribute internal delivery reports and cage cards.
• 10%- Process AP transactions for animal supplier invoice.
• Review and reconcile supplier documents regarding animal purchases, process payments in Workday
• Request PO’s.
• 10%- admin tasks and financial support.
• Provide support to manager as needed.
• Admin duties to support overall dept.
• How many positions? 2

Work Location: Providence RI

Parking: metered, have to move every once in awhile. Parking is a challenge

Position Classification: Onsite, Hybrid and Remote

First 3 months is in office, Hybrid depending on quality of work.
