Job Title: Accounts Payable

Location: Woonsocket RI 02895

Duration: 01 Year

Pay Rate: $20.40/HR on W2 Without benefits,

Shift Timings: M-F 9AM to 1 PM

Job Summary:

• This position will be responsible for assisting with check printing tasks and administrative functions within Accounts Payable. They will work closely with the AP Control team members.

Duties:

Assist with check printing functions while ensuring compliance with process controls:

• Print checks and review for quality control
• Seal checks
• Pull checks for special handling and insertions

Mail Sort & Returned Checks:

• Research returned mail and work to correct addresses as appropriate
• Resend mail to correct addresses or departments

Assist to move vendors to ACH / preferred payment method Iron Mountain:

• Log and label boxes accordingly for shipment
• Assist internal departments and vendors with vendor research and details
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Experience with check printing?
• Experience SAP preferred
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred.
