eTeam is Hiring an Administrative Business Partner II Near Chicago, IL
Duties
- As an Administrative Business Partner, you will provide support for three of our team leaders.
- Youll work with them to keep their teams organized and running smoothly.
- Youll manage busy schedules and maintain great relationships internally and externally, and youll need to be an amazing communicator whos passionate about details.
- Manage busy calendars, travel schedule (when/ if applicable) and agenda prep.
- Keep morale high across the teams and organize team offsites, events and swag.
- Help track, manage and drive multiple projects and priorities at once for broader business goals.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Work with cross functional teams across Pinterest to execute on projects or events.
- Act as on the ground local support & logistics management in collaboration with Workplace/Events/IT teams.
- What we're looking for: - 5 years' experience, ideally supporting VP or Director level executives.
- Proficient in gSuite, Keynote, MS Office Suite - Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to execute multitasking in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
- A creative problem solver and someone who looks at the bigger picture to drive for appropriate solutions.
- Ability to move quickly and make confident decisions while being a data-driven and analytical thinker.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating good judgement and offering thoughtful solutions.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and constant change with confidence.
- Team player capable of executing and finishing end-to-end tasks.
