- 15 years of IT Administrator experience for large, complex technical and/or data project implementation
- 10 years mandatory experience in MAPPER/BIS programming and databases
- 10 years mandatory experience in MAPPER/BIS Mainframe maintenance and administration
- 10 years mandatory experience in Windows server maintenance and administration
- 5 years’ experience in MAPPER coordination
- 5 years’ experience in DEMAND environment and ECL programming
- 6 years’ experience in MAPPER/BIS CoolICE
- 8 MAPPER/BIS GUI UI/UX expertise
- 6 years’ experience working with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF Services, Windows Services, Asynchronous/ Multithreaded Programming); web
- development experience with MS SQL, AJAX, HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript along with Angular and .NET framework; Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle; creating data definitions, SSIS
- packages, and complex database objects
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/SNOW project management, user/system/functional requirements development and user acceptance testing required
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business stakeholders
- Responsible for developing and maintaining web-based custom applications for the organization.
- Provides technical support for developed applications.
- Ensures applications are integrated with other front-end applications, networks and databases.
- Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
- Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests, and integrates application components.
- Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Provides problem resolution that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Able to apply theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to difficult but conventional assignments.
- Works independently within an established framework.
