- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years’ experience in racing engine build environment is desired.
- Hands on engine build experience is desired.
- Mechanical Skills: Must have strong mechanical skills; ability to proficiently use all build related tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Including strong listening skills; open-mindedness; team working and language skills necessary to facilitate effective cooperation between Associate and departments.
- Basic written communication skills: Ability to read and write in English.
- Proficient in MS Office products: Excel, Word.
- Must be initiative-taking and able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
- Must have the patience, and diligence to achieve the best results possible.
- Standing-Frequent/Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day
- Walking-Occasionally/Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day
- Sitting- Occasionally/Intermittent
- Lifting- Up to 50 lbs. Occasionally/Intermittent
