Job DescriptionPay Rate - $75/Hr
Lead the GBS Change Management team in maximizing business outcomes through effective change enablement strategies that drive stakeholder commitment, org readiness, employee adoption, and sustainability. This team provides a location-based change management support model for GBS operational teams as one face to the internal customer.
Ensure scalability of services as needs increase and/or scope of internal client customers expands to broader enterprise
Increase organizational change agility through change capability development for leaders and employees
Support GBS Core Leadership Team and Global Process Owners with Change Management strategy and coaching in support of a healthy GBS ecosystem
Drive intake and resourcing decisions for Change Management services to drive optimal resource allocation and value creation for Client
Develop the Change Management team’s professional skills to ensure demonstration of client’s Ways of Working and sound Change Management practice
Ensure continuous improvement of the GBS Change Enablement Framework and processes to drive usage of industry best practices; share best practices with Aurora Change Management Office (CMO)
Operate in a trusted advisor capacity; coach leaders, internal customers, and business partners
Establish clarity on service offering and results delivery with key customers
Provide visible measurement and reporting of change management impact and positive change outcomes
International hours of work and/or travel may be required
This role takes work direction from the Director, GBS Strategic Change Management and Communications, a direct report to the Vice President, GBS.
