• Handle a high volume of external inbound customer and sales agent inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Perform front desk reception duties including greeting customers, answering phones, and processing mail.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and contract provisions clearly and accurately.
• Independently manage most customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Explain basic information within the functional area to customers and sales agents.
• Maintain satisfactory levels of key performance indicators according to departmental requirements.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required.
• Accountable, ethical, with good decision-making ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to multitask.

Training & Development: Customer Service Representatives will undergo a comprehensive training program to become proficient in the insurance industry, product and policy provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback will be provided to support professional development.
