Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry / Biology
Duties :
Performs microbiological and molecular biology research activities including plating media, PCR and other tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment.
Records observations and measurements and reports results.
Skills :
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in microbiology and molecular biology / biochemistry.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
