Payrate: $35/hr on W2

- Local resident to the Quonset area (as transport expenses will not be covered).

Description:
The Consultant must bring his/her own PC and/or Iphone. External consultants’ equipment such as PCs, mobile phones and iPads must always be up-to-date with the latest iOS release. The owner must allow Client’s AirWatch security and management software for iPhones and iPads to be installed. The app is mandatory on all mobile devices used by Client staff (including External consultants) to protect them from cybercrime. The owner must grant approval for Client to remove apps, data and access from privately owned equipment if it is deemed to pose a risk in relation to Client’s security or the GDPR regulations, if the equipment is lost/stolen, or if the owner ceases to have an active contract with Magnit and/or Client. When an external consultant leaves Client, they must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all Client apps and data. The IT Service Desk can only support privately owned equipment in connection with Client’s AirWatch security and management software.
Location of work will be onshore at the Orsted Quonset Site.
Preferrably local to the area, as travel expenses will not be covered.
Rotation: 7 days on/off. If all parties agree (both coordinators working back to back and the offshore site managers), it can be changed to 14 days on/off if preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of harbour site activities
- All PPE is up to date
- Crane and forklift operations
- Stock and warehouse monitoring
- Maintenance of site facilities .
Tasks
Assist the project HSE department regarding harbour site specific issues.
Support the Offshore Site team.
Management of safety equipment: offshore PPE kits, keeping record of inventory/certification, monitoring service life of PPE.
Site stock management – consumables for the building.
Assist with lifting operations from the quayside.
Manage forklift operations onshore/in warehouse and organise availability of mobile cranes when needed.
Fuel management – CTV’s etc.
Site vehicles management (car and/or bikes)
Building, facility and site boundary safety checks.
Monitor and record site utilities (electric, water etc.)
Liaise with port waste management contractors.
Site office delivery management.
Liaise with Port authorities, Customs, site security company, and local site contractors as required.
Call out –duty outside normal working hours.
Data input of all PPE that requires certification.
Keep a quarantined area for damaged tools and PPE.
Supporting the construction management with ad hoc tasks.
Daily /weekly/ monthly/Annual building safety checks.
