Pay Rate: $26/hr on w2**Candidates must use their own laptop**Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Transportation Administrator to join our North America transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Transportation Operations and Strategic Transportation teams by managing carrier freight claims, ensuring carrier compliance, and providing supplier communication updates. Additionally, the Transportation Administrator will focus on process improvement and documentation processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Carrier Freight Claims process, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor carrier compliance against North America performance standards
• Collaborate with the Transportation Operations and Strategic Transportation teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Develop and maintain supplier communication processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of transportation-related information.
