Etech Hi Corp is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator Near Inglewood, CA
The coordinator will be responsible for:
- Effectively track and communicate updates between Customer Service, Logistics, and accounting teams
- Assist with Logistics by communicating upcoming sales orders with Customer Service for warehouse preparation and shipment
- Organize regular meetings with departments to discuss each other’s challenges and identify resolutions
- Assist with managing international sales orders and shipments, as well as orders shipped from US
- Assist international inventory control and purchasing within Oracle NetSuite platform
- Assist all purchases and inventory into EDI and NetSuite ERP system
- Navigate complex Excel documents including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s
- Minimum of 5 years of Logistics Coordination experience in the Consumer goods industry is a MUST
- Strong understanding of Logistics/Purchasing processes i.e., booking containers, scheduling, importing, processing, and flowing goods to multiple locations globally is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills to track and communicate updates between Customer Service, Logistics, and accountingteams is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems – Oracle NetSuite & MS Excel is a MUST
- Understand seasonality and successfully forecast up to 1 year out is a PLUS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business/Finance/Purchasing, Logistics or related is DESIRED
