An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Fallon, NV area for an individual with 3 years experience as a Sanitation Supervisor with a background in a food production facility. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

A Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Microbiology, Biology, or a related discipline is REQUIRED

3-5 years of experience applying comprehensive sanitation technical knowledge relevant to food safety in food, meat, dairy, ingredient, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is REQUIRED.

Progressive sanitation supervision experience in a food manufacturing facility regulated by the FDA or USDA is REQUIRED.

Leadership experience in both wet and dry sanitation for developing a robust and sustainable sanitation program in CPG manufacturing is REQUIRED.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage both direct (sanitation) and indirect (operations) teams in completing assigned sanitation tasks are HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Certifications in PCQI, HACCP, and Internal Auditing are PREFERRED

Knowledge of sanitation processes and procedures are REQUIRED
