Facilities Project Manager position available with a well-established commercial cleaning company with a national presence. The Facility PM will be responsible for running small commercial cleaning crews in Dutchess and Ulster County. Typical job environments will be new facilities post-construction, medical, and office. Candidates residing outside of Dutchess & Ulster Counties will not be considered.
Facilities Project Manager Compensation:

• Up to $85,000 annually including bonus incentives

Facilities Project Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Experienced running small crews on commercial cleaning jobs
• Well experienced with strip and wax, buffing & burnishing, carpet cleaning, construction clean up
• Manage project scheduling, budgets, and equipment
• Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Has experience training new hires
• Eager to grow within an established company
• ‘Roll up your sleeves’ mentality
