Manage all forms of financial accounts within the organization. Keep accurate records, ensuring that all invoices are paid when necessary and clients do not overpay for services rendered or goods delivered.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain active online login credentials for multiple financial institutions
• Prepare and analyze payroll cost reports for upload to QuickBooks and Procore
• Monthly company credit card review, analysis and record monthly expenses including expensify transactions
• manage subcontractor schedules and process monthly payments and billings
• record and process accounting transactions
• assist with cost coding and QuickBooks reconciliation billings
• participate in month end activities
• analyze accounting data to resolve account discrepancies
• other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with an emphasis on details
• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under deadlines
• motivated self-starter with the ability to research and resolve issues independently
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• work proficiently with minimal supervision
• proficient in MS word and Excel; 10-key data entry

Minimum:

• Bachelors' degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or relevant field
• 1 years of experience in accounting or finance required or equivalent

Preferred:

• Office 365, MS Access & Yardi Voyager Commercial & Procore experience a plus
