Job Description
Ethos Advanced Dental Care is a well established private practice in the heart of the Temecula Valley that is growing and expanding. We are looking to add an Associate Dentist who is seeking the opportunity to qualify as a Partner. This position requires the right attitude consistent with the culture of our office, excellent rapport with our patients and a passion for dentistry.
Invisalign, cosmetics, surgical extractions, oral conscious sedation and implant placement with restorations are part of our daily schedule, you must be able to keep up. We are not considering dental students or recent graduates for this position.
We are looking for a difference maker who wants to improve the well-being of our patients, inspire our team and provide an excellent livelihood for their family.
The position is two days a week to start with the opportunity to add more.
Your compensation is based on your production with a daily guaranteed minimum which will be appropriate to your experience. Our intent is to bring on board a dentist that is humble, cohesive and respectful with our team, can connect with our patients and that sees themselves as a future Partner.
