Position Summary/ObjectiveThe Post-Harvest Process Engineer is responsible for developing and ensuring execution of all functions related to drying/curing, storage, disposition, analytical testing, and data management of bulk flower. The role will be principally responsible for the management of bulk product across our production portfolio and its allocation to final products. This allows for an inventory to be constructed which can be utilized by the Supply Chain team and the Production Operations Managers. This role will be responsible for developing flower products for commercialization according to the production plan.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is chiefly responsible for ensuring the flow of material from harvest to downstream processing and that there is no delay in organization, qualitative evaluation, data flow, and regulatory testing. This role will work closely with Post-Harvest & Cultivation Teams to provide feedback and support of ongoing operations.
Primary location is Fairless Hills, PA. Travel to all of our production facilities is required at a regular frequency to evaluate success and coach teams on current best practices. ~10% travel.

EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

This position is classified as Exempt and is not entitled to overtime pay.
