This is a Per Diem position set to work PRN. Schedules are subject to change based on the needs of the Hospital and Department. Training days / hours TBD.

This position will pay $17 hourly DOE

Summary : The administrative assistant supports the Administration Team by performing entry-level administrative tasks.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

• Scans paper records and files them electronically
• Creates and manages online surveys to collect information
• Runs errands, such as procuring goods needed for hospital activities
• Prepares paperwork and documentation
• Sends emails and communication as directed
• Administrative projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications : 16 years or older

Preferred Qualifications : Previous work experience.

Skill Requirements : Basic computer skills. Ability to follow directions and work independently.

Physical Requirements : This job is physically active and requires frequent bending, standing, routine lifting and restraining of animals that exceed 50lbs.
