Established in 2005, our hospital is at the forefront of providing cutting-edge Critical Care, Emergency, and Urgent Care services to the pets and families of Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas.
As the Emergency Director, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our board certified Criticalist and leading our emergency veterinary team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the emergency veterinary team
- Oversee and manage emergency cases, ensuring the highest standard of care
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Implement and uphold hospital protocols and standards
- Collaborate with other department heads and board certified Criticalist to enhance overall hospital performance
- Actively participate in continued education and training programs
