We are looking for a new team member to join our Project Manager team. This team is responsible for cross-departmental, integrated project planning, project management, scheduling, and client relations in order to strengthen our ability to deliver against our clients’ diverse marketing goals.

Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling the agency to efficiently deliver powerful work for our clients. In this position, you will be equally accountable to clients and the agency’s internal team members. You will help shape and communicate client strategy, goals, and priorities, while maintaining positive client relationships. You will also work closely with internal teams to transform client needs into clearly scoped and accurately estimated initiatives, collaboratively schedule resources, and proactively manage all elements of integrated projects of varying complexity throughout their life-cycles. The Project Management team will maintain a holistic view of client/agency commitments across agency disciplines, allowing for better prioritization of agency resources and smooth workflow. Upholding process consistency, and committing to proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders is paramount to success in this position.

Things You’ll Do:
Client Relationship Management
- Work with Account Directors to implement client marketing plans
- Serve as a client point of contact for tactical projects, and work to effectively communicate project information
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients about project/campaign status, and proactively respond to evolving needs (in collaboration with the Account Director)
- Actively participate in client and internal project meetings
- Play a role in inspiring confidence among clients in Ethos|VONT’s capabilities, and establishes credibility with prospective clients
Project & Resource Management
- Balance the needs of the internal teams with the needs of the client
- Understand clients’ project requirements and communicate them to internal teams throughout project life-cycles
- Develop project scopes of work and implementation plans (working collaboratively with Account Directors and Creative Leads)
- Ensure that project logistics are optimal to producing thoughtful, integrated work as efficiently as possible
- Partner with other PMs to fully understand agency capacity and project pipeline
- Schedule internal and external resources needed to execute against project plans, working collaboratively with PM team to account for competing agency priorities or conflicts
- Serve as liaison between project team and client throughout tactical projects, revising project work plans as needed to accommodate changing requirements according to client needs and objectives
- Proactively facilitate ongoing communication among teams, manage project logistics, and provide supporting information, materials, and clarity to team members along the way
- Identify and manage project risks
- Coordinate with Purchasing Manager for hiring outside services
- Attend client and internal meetings, take/deliver thorough notes, and communicate next steps to all involved
- Prepare status reports for clients in collaboration with Account Directors and Creative Leads
- Thoroughly review project proofs to confirm accuracy and eliminate errors
- Proactively tracks budget, milestone timelines, and status for all assigned projects
- Communicate budget updates at each CD review meeting and internal review
- Ensure that all project costs are captured for billing
- Schedule post-campaign meetings with team members to collect and disseminate performance recaps
- Review client invoices for accuracy

- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, Project Management software)
- Experience collaborating within a cross-functional team
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- 2-3 years of project management experience
- Experience within a marketing agency and/or managing digital projects a plus
