Location: Morristown, Tn.

Employment Status: Part-time (20 hr. per week)

Hourly rate $11.50

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance and update of client records for the Misdemeanor Program.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client files.
• Monitor and enter court orders into the database.
• Ensure that all court ordered documents are entered correctly.
• Assist with computing the length of incarceration based upon sentencing guidelines.
• Assist with the collection of fees and ensure that all orders are completed correctly.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited four year high school (Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Sciences, Management, or closely related field preferred);
• A minimum of two years of community corrections experience;
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills; or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Valid Tennessee Driver license.
