Professional Constructions Services, LLC is hiring an experienced Project Administrator to support construction projects. The detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator will have strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Prior experience in construction support is preferred but not required. Local candidate highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing traffic control schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of resources.
• Utilize Excel and other Office products to maintain and update scheduling databases, track project progress, and generate reports.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including work orders, schedules, and invoices.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to management.
• Support project managers with administrative tasks and provide logistical support as
• needed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all project-related documentation.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in construction support is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in project
• management or construction-related fields is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with traffic control operations and scheduling
• Experience with project management software
