Etopia Technologies, an Omaha-based IT Managed Service Provider, is seeking a highly motivated Windows Systems Administrator to join our growing team. Our company focuses on providing secure, reliable IT solutions for our many customers. We are currently seeking a candidate highly focused on customer success through project implementation, ongoing technical support and an ability to mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support Technicians.
The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in the following:
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and other core windows services to include support for existing environments, new deployments and server migrations.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID
Microsoft AD Sync tool for username/password synchronization with Azure AD/Entra ID.
Basic understanding of IP networking
Remote Management and Monitoring tools such as Kaseya, Syncro, Atera, ConnectWise or Datto RMMs
Scripting experience with languages such as PowerShell, Batch files, WMI or VBScript
File and Print Server Management including NTFS and SMB permissions
Mentoring skills to assist other team members in their customer support activities
Creating and maintaining customer as-built documentation and implementation procedures

5 years of related working experience preferred
