Etopia Technologies, an Omaha-based IT Managed Service Provider, is seeking a highly motivated Windows Systems Administrator to join our growing team. Our company focuses on providing secure, reliable IT solutions for our many customers. We are currently seeking a candidate highly focused on customer success through project implementation, ongoing technical support and an ability to mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support Technicians. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in the following:

• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and other core windows services to include support for existing environments, new deployments and server migrations. 

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID

• Microsoft AD Sync tool for username/password synchronization with Azure AD/Entra ID. 

• Basic understanding of IP networking 

• Remote Management and Monitoring tools such as Kaseya, Syncro, Atera, ConnectWise or Datto RMMs 

• Scripting experience with languages such as PowerShell, Batch files, WMI or VBScript

• File and Print Server Management including NTFS and SMB permissions 

• Mentoring skills to assist other team members in their customer support activities 

• Creating and maintaining customer as-built documentation and implementation procedures
