ETS is Hiring a 1st Shift Manufacturing Operator Near Waterbury, VT

Up to $18.70/Hour, 1st & 2nd Shifts Available, Full-Time

Our client is a family-owned business that makes expertly-crafted, quality socks, and they want you to join their team as a Manufacturing Operator.

Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Operator:

  • Ensure all documentation, reports, and programs are consistent and complete
  • Quickly address errors, perform repairs, and minimize downtime
  • Regularly check product quality, monitor supplies, and prevent shortages or interruptions
  • Adhere to manufacturing procedures and safety regulations
  • Communicate quality, equipment issues, and other important information

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing role
  • Basic math skills with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
