Position Summary: The Senior Software Product Engineer will collaborate closely with the product team to design, prototype, and develop software solutions. This role demands a
combination of software engineering expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and a desire to work closely with product. The ideal candidate will be adept at
turning conceptual ideas into functional and robust software prototypes to prove out ideas and then scaling the prototypes that work.
Responsibilities:Partner with the product team to gather and interpret software requirements and specifications.
Design, develop, and prototype software applications that align with product goals and user needs.
Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments to validate product concepts.
Iterate on software designs based on feedback from product management, stakeholders, and end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design, marketing, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
Utilize modern programming languages and tools to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Lead software testing and validation efforts to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive software products to guide development strategies.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
Ensure all software development activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
Required Experience:
Education and Experience:10 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in a senior role
Bachelors degree required
Masters Degree preferred
