Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients in the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with procedures such as catheterization and ostomy care

Requirements:
- Valid RN license
- Experience in ICU or critical care setting preferred
- Proficiency in Epic or similar electronic health record systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Knowledge of trauma medicine and hospice palliative care
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations including children, seniors, and those requiring long-term or home care
